Dr. Jill K. Jennings is a board-certified OB/GYN with a special interest in women’s hormone health across every stage of life, from reproductive years through perimenopause and menopause. She is passionate about helping women feel heard, informed, and empowered through evidence-based, personalized care.
Through her clinical work, educational talks, resident training, and the Hump Day Hormones podcast, Dr. Jennings works to make hormone health easier to understand and more accessible for women navigating concerns such as PCOS, irregular cycles, perimenopause, menopause symptoms, and overall hormonal wellness.
Dr. Jill K. Jennings chose OB/GYN because of her passion for caring for women through every stage of life. Over time, she developed a deeper interest in hormone health after seeing how often women’s symptoms were overlooked, misunderstood, or dismissed.
Her mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps women better understand their bodies and make informed decisions about their health. She supports patients with concerns such as PCOS, irregular cycles, perimenopause, menopause symptoms, and broader hormonal wellness.
Beyond patient care, Dr. Jennings is committed to expanding education in women’s hormone health. She is the Founder, Writer, and Producer of Hump Day Hormones, a podcast focused on making female hormone health easier to understand. She also helps train family medicine residents in hormone care and frequently gives local educational talks on women’s hormone health.
Dr. Jennings is part of Inito’s content review team, helping ensure that patients receive accurate, useful, and medically sound information.
Dr. Jill K. Jennings earned her BS in Biology and Chemistry from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas in 2003. She completed her MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2007, followed by her OB/GYN residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 2011.
She is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner in 2024.
