Introducing Inito's Standalone Wireless Reader

Published on Apr 7, 2026
The most precise¹ fertility hormone readings at home. Now with built-in Wi-Fi and available on Android and iOS.
When you're tracking something as important as fertility, a single line or a yes-or-no result is not enough. Real understanding comes from seeing how your hormones change over time.
That is what Inito has always been built for.
In April 2026, Inito launched a new standalone wireless reader, the InSight Wireless Reader™, as part of the Inito Fertility Monitor, taking that experience further with the most precise¹ hormone measurement, built-in Wi-Fi, and availability on both Android and iOS.
Powered by Spectral Mapping technology, the Inito Fertility Monitor is designed to deliver the most precise¹ fertility hormone readings at home.
"We built InSight Wireless Reader™ to raise the standard of fertility tracking in two ways: by improving how hormone levels are measured, and by making testing work better in real life. Because when you're tracking something this important, both precision and ease of use matter." — Aayush Rai & Varun AV, Co-founders.
¹"Most precise" refers to controlled lab testing of inter-device, system-level precision across key hormone levels versus comparable U.S. quantitative at-home fertility monitors.
What's New With the Inito Fertility Monitor

The Inito Fertility Monitor's new standalone wireless reader introduces three major upgrades to the Inito experience:
- More precise hormone readings
- Built-in Wi-Fi
- iOS + Android support
At the same time, the core of Inito remains the same: tracking actual hormone values across your cycle, including Estrogen, LH, PdG, and FSH, to help you identify your fertile window, confirm ovulation, and better understand your body. In minutes, you get lab-grade hormone results translated into clear, personalized insights tailored to your cycle:
- Tracks four key hormones: LH, Estrogen, PdG, and FSH
- Helps predict and confirm ovulation
- Identifies your full six fertile days
- Gives you evidence to bring into conversations with your doctor
And because real cycles do not always follow a textbook pattern, Inito's new standalone wireless reader was built for all kinds of journeys too, including irregular or longer cycles, PCOS (now referred to as PMOS), and pre-IVF tracking. So you can move from guessing to knowing, with confidence, test after test.
Most Precise Readings, Powered by Spectral Mapping

Inito’s hormone trends have been validated in published studies, including 95%² correlation to the blood hormone trends, and 92.2% accuracy in confirming ovulation. We built on that foundation with patented Spectral Mapping, Inito's new hormone reading technology. Rather than relying on the phone's camera, Spectral Mapping combines fluorescence sensing and visual colorimetric technology within the standalone wireless reader to measure fertility hormones with greater precision at home.
It is the technology behind the most precise¹ fertility hormone readings at home.

Inito's new standalone wireless reader has built-in Wi-Fi, designed to make testing fit better into the busiest part of the day.
That is the idea behind Dip. Test. Go.™
Dip the strip. Insert it into the reader. Go about your morning while the test runs. Get your result in the app when it's ready.
The benefit is freedom during the test window, not having to stay near the device while it runs.
Once your result is ready, remove and discard the used strip.
With built-in Wi-Fi, it is designed to make hormone testing feel less interruptive and more compatible with real life.

Now on Android and iOS
As of April 2026, the Inito Fertility Monitor supports both Android and iOS, which means easier access for new users, more flexibility across households, and a smoother experience if you ever switch devices.
It is a practical upgrade, but an important one.
How the New Reader Compares to the Previous One
As of April 2026, the Inito Fertility Monitor comes with a new standalone wireless reader, the InSight Wireless Reader™, replacing the previous reader that needed to stay attached to your phone. Both readers help you track key fertility hormones, identify your fertile window, and confirm ovulation. What changes is the experience: the sensing technology, device compatibility, and how seamlessly testing fits into everyday life.
The current standalone wireless reader builds on the Inito foundation with more advanced sensing technology, Android and iOS compatibility, and built-in Wi-Fi for greater flexibility during testing. See the comparison below for a closer look at how the two readers differ.
| Feature | InSight Wireless ReaderTM (current reader) | Previous Reader |
|---|---|---|
| Precision | Most precise1 fertility hormone readings at home | Previous generation Inito hormone measurement |
| Technology | Powered by patented Spectral Mapping with a standalone reader that uses fluorescence sensing and visual color sensing | Phone camera–based reading system |
| Compatibility | Android and iOS | iOS only |
| Connectivity | Built-in Wi-Fi. Results sync to the app while the test runs | Requires your phone during testing |
| Hormones measured | Estrogen (E3G), LH, PdG, FSH | Estrogen (E3G), LH, PdG, FSH |
This replaces the previous reader, which was compatible only with iPhone and needed to remain attached to the phone during testing. The previous reader has now been discontinued, and all new purchases include the new standalone wireless reader.
1 - "Most precise" refers to system-level precision measured in controlled laboratory testing, based on lower between-device variability across key hormones, concentrations, operators, days, and strip lots. Compares Inito to other U.S. over-the-counter at-home fertility monitors that provide numeric or graded hormone values and measure the same hormones as Inito.
2 - Accuracy may be reduced in irregular cycles, anovulatory cycles, or when hormone levels are affected by medical conditions, medications, or inconsistent testing. "95% accuracy to corresponding blood hormone trends" refers to published findings showing that Inito's urinary hormone measurements closely matched the direction and pattern of corresponding serum hormone changes over time. It does not mean urine values are identical to blood values or that absolute urine and blood hormone numbers will match exactly.
